Every parcel that leaves us carries a book someone has been waiting for, so we take its journey seriously. Below you will find where we send our books, what it costs, and roughly how long they take to reach you.

At home in the United Kingdom

Delivery is complimentary on every printed book and collection sent to a UK address.

Further afield

The Abundance Collection and The World Is Full travel to the following countries with complimentary delivery:

  • the United States and Canada
  • Australia
  • the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman
  • India
  • Malaysia

To every other country, delivery is £20.

Single hardback picture books are sent anywhere outside the United Kingdom for £20.

The exact cost to your address is always shown at checkout, before you pay.

How long the journey takes

Once your books have left us, most parcels arrive within:

  • United Kingdom: 5 to 8 working days
  • Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days
  • United States, Canada, Australia and India: 5 to 8 working days
  • Elsewhere: 5 to 12 working days

These are our best estimates rather than promises. Customs and the busier months of the year can sometimes add a few days. If your books have not reached you within 30 days of leaving us, please write and we will look into it at once.

Books still at the printer

Books reserved before printing are sent to you as soon as they come back from the printer. Each book's page shows the month we expect to send it, and The Abundance Collection First Edition is expected to leave us in December 2026. Should that date move, we will write to you. If you order a book that is still at the printer alongside one that is ready now, we may send them separately.

Following your parcel

When your order is on its way, we will send you an email to say so, with tracking details wherever the delivery service provides them.

Customs and import charges

Parcels sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the country receiving them. Where these can be paid at checkout, you will see them before you pay. Where they cannot, the carrier may ask for them on arrival, and they are payable by the person receiving the parcel.

Checking your address

Please look over your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as you can and we will do our best to correct it before your books are sent.

If a parcel goes astray

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, let us know and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Your books remain our responsibility until they reach you.

Digital editions

Our digital editions are not posted. Your download links arrive by email, usually within a few minutes of ordering. If they do not appear, do check your junk folder, and if they are not there either, write to us and we will send them again.
