Preorder & Refund Policy

When you reserve The Abundance Collection, you're securing a place in our First Edition hardback print run.

Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of purchase to reserve your collection.

Before production begins

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before we place the production order for the First Edition.

Once production begins

Once the production order has been placed, your preorder becomes final. As your collection is being printed specifically for this print run, cancellations and refunds are no longer available, except where required by applicable consumer law or if we are unable to fulfil your order.

If the First Edition does not go to print

Production of the First Edition will begin once the minimum number of reservations has been reached.

If we do not reach the minimum required to proceed with production, your preorder will be cancelled automatically and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Estimated dispatch

The current estimated dispatch date is September 2026.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we'll contact you with an updated timeline. If we're unable to fulfil your preorder within a reasonable period, you'll have the option to receive a full refund.
