Welcome to Rutab Books London. These terms govern your use of rutabbooks.com and your purchase of our digital books. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to intimidate.
Who we are
Rutab Books London publishes illustrated children’s books inspired by the Quran, sold as digital PDF downloads. You can reach us any time at rutabbooks@gmail.com.
What you are buying
Our products are digital files, not printed books. After checkout you receive download links by email, usually within minutes. Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your licence to the books
When you buy a Rutab book you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own household: read it on your devices, and print pages at home for your own family’s use. Please do not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the files or artwork — each copy sold is what allows a small independent press to keep making them. Schools or libraries wishing to use our books should write to us for permission; we are friendly about it.
Ownership
All stories, text, and illustrations remain the property of Rutab Books London and are protected by copyright. Buying a book transfers the licence above, not ownership of the work.
Delivery problems
If a download link does not arrive or a file will not open, email us and we will put it right quickly. Our refund promise — thirty days, money back, no questions — is set out in our Refund Policy.
Accuracy and availability
We work carefully, but we do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. We may correct errors in listings, prices, or content, and may update or withdraw products at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
