Every Rutab book is a digital PDF, delivered to your inbox moments after purchase. If it is not what you hoped — for any reason at all — email us within thirty days of your order and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions, no hard feelings.
How to request a refund
Write to rutabbooks@gmail.com from the email you used at checkout, with your order number if you have it to hand. That is all we need.
When and how you are refunded
We confirm every refund by email, usually within two working days. The money returns to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it typically appears within five to ten working days.
A few plain notes
- Because our books are digital files, there is nothing to post back. Keep the pages if they have already found a small reader — we would rather the story stayed.
- This promise covers every purchase from rutabbooks.com, single books and packs alike, for thirty days from the date of your order.
- This policy sits alongside, and does not reduce, any rights you have under the law where you live.
If anything about your order is not right — a download that will not open, an email that never arrived — write to us first. We fix those quickly, and a refund is always available if we cannot.
